For this trip adults and students will both be charged the discounted student rates shown below. $25 dollars will be refunded for upfront payment in full.

The payment schedule below shows the amount due over time and the amount refundable vs non-refundable. Please select travel insurance for full trip refund coverage. If you pay in full upfront you are still eligible for refunds on the schedule below.

The non refundable portion of the trip goes to cover vendor payments, reservations, transportation, lodging, and contracts signed on behalf of the group. The payment schedule above details when and how much of the total trip payments become non-refundable. As mentioned previously, exceptions will be made if the traveler purchases trip protection where full or partial refunds will be issued.
